Lisanne Pajot & James Swirsky produce and direct documentaries about people in the worlds of tech and video games.

Lisanne & James were the directors, producers, editors & distributors of the feature documentary, Indie Game: The Movie.

Indie Game: The Movie made its debut at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival, garnering critical acclaim and winning ‘Best Editing’ in the festival’s World Documentary Competition. The film went on to become one of the best reviewed films of the year and was optioned by HBO and producer Scott Rudin.

Lisanne & James were named among Paste Magazine's Best New Filmmakers, RealScreen's Doc Hot Shots IndieWire's Top 40 Influencers in independent film & IGN's Amazing Games People.

They are frequent speakers and consultants on subjects of documentary filmmaking and direct distribution.

Prior to BlinkWorks, Lisanne worked at the CBC as a TV producer. She has a degree and diploma from the Creative Communications program at Red River College and the University of Winnipeg.

James has a background in business & marketing with MBA from the University of Manitoba.
